你在 App Store 下载并使用《图解深度学习》（Deep Learning Lab，含 macOS 与 iOS 版本，下称"本应用"），即表示你已阅读并同意本协议。若你不同意，请停止使用并删除应用。

一、本应用提供什么

本应用是一本"能动手"的深度学习图解教程，一期包含：

• 课程：L0–L7 共 42 节课，从"什么是神经网络"讲到大模型与扩散模型，每节由文字讲解、图示与可交互演示组成；
• Playground：可在本机真实训练的小型多层感知机实验场（含数据集、网络结构、训练参数调节）；
• 任务关卡与术语词典、发展史时间线等辅助模块；
• 速查（原「教程」）：按"本质是什么 / 是什么 / 通常用来做什么 / 知识汇总 / 问题与解答"组织的五段式知识条目，条目数量持续扩充；
• 书斋：按"章 → 节 → 正文块"组织的长文深度阅读（含附录），文字、公式、图示、交互演示与代码交织，可连续阅读；
• 阶段奖杯与完课证明：达到学习里程碑时在本机颁发，可生成完课证明图片并经系统分享面板主动分享。该证明只反映你在本机完成课程的情况，不构成任何资质、学历或能力认证，本应用不提供在线验真编号或可核验的证书服务。

本应用不需要注册账号，不联网亦可完成全部学习与实验功能。

二、免费内容与会员内容

边界按 D2-Rev 再修订（2026-11-06）定的"整课粒度"划分（取代早先"知识点级试读"草案与原 D2 写法）：

会员档位与价格（人民币，最终以 App Store 展示为准）：买断 ¥158、年卡 ¥128、半年卡 ¥88。

三、购买、订阅与退款

1. 所有购买通过 Apple App Store 内购完成，费用由 Apple 收取并按其结算规则处理；我们不在应用外收集你的支付信息。
2. 年卡与半年卡为自动续期订阅：在当前周期结束前 24 小时，除非你在 Apple 账户设置中关闭自动续订，否则将按相应价格自动续订；你可在购买后前往"设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅"随时取消，当前已支付周期的处理（含是否按比例退款）由 Apple 的规则决定。
3. 退款依 Apple 退款政策，通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 或在 App Store 中申请，我们无权直接退款。
4. 会员权益范围：买断为永久使用授权；订阅在有效期内有效。同一 Apple ID 下的 iPhone、iPad 与 Mac 通用（Apple 通用购买 + 应用内"恢复购买"）。我们不承诺跨生态（Android / Web / 微信小程序）会员互通，也不提供"全平台会员"；其他平台版本仅作免费引流用途，具体以该版本页面说明为准。
5. 订阅到期或退款后，会员内容重新上锁，但你在应用内产生的本地数据（进度、收藏、实验参数）不会被删除。

四、你的账号、设备与数据

本应用无账号体系，学习进度只保存在当前设备本地，不做云端同步。因此：卸载应用、更换设备、抹掉设备会丢失进度（除非依赖你自己的系统级备份）。你应对自己的学习记录负责，重要笔记建议自行另行保存。

本机数据具体存在哪些项、为何不会离开设备，见《隐私政策》（https://deeplearninglab.ziyoushikong.cn/privacy.html），该政策是本协议不可分割的一部分。

五、内容授权与知识产权

1. 本应用的文字、图示、动画、交互设计与课程结构，版权归我们（或相应授权方）所有；开源示例与借鉴组件按其原许可证在本应用内注明。
2. 你获得的是一项个人的、不可转让、非排他的使用许可，用途限于个人学习与教学备课。你可以：为自学做笔记、在自己的课堂或作业中引用图示并注明出处、导出自己在 Playground 训练产生的代码与结果、分享自己获得的完课证明图片。
3. 你不得：镜像、抓取、批量复制本应用内容用于再发布或训练其他模型；对本应用内容进行转售、打包成自有课程或付费墙产品；反向工程、绕过付费墙或篡改会员校验；删除版权与来源标注。
4. 深度学习领域的事实、公式与算法本身不受版权保护，你可自由使用；受保护的是我们的具体表达（文本、图示与编排）。

六、内容准确性与免责

1. 本应用为教学与科普工具，为保证可理解性，对数学推导、模型结构与工程实践做了显式简化；简化之处在课程内已标注。本应用不构成学术认证、职业资质、投资或技术选型建议，请勿仅据本应用内容做生产系统决策。
2. 学习内容按"现状"提供。我们不保证内容无错误、无中断或完全满足你的特定用途；如发现错误，欢迎来信指出，我们将尽快核实修订。
3. 在法律允许的范围内，因使用或无法使用本应用导致的间接、附带损失（包括学习进度丢失），我们的赔偿责任上限为你就本应用实际支付的金额。
4. 本条不排除我们依法不得排除的责任（如故意或重大过失造成的损害、产品责任等）。

七、使用规范

你不得将本应用于违法用途，不得利用本应用离线实验功能传播恶意样本或从事侵犯第三方权益的行为；不得干扰、破坏 App Store 授权机制或本应用的技术保护措施。

八、未成年人

本应用定位为高中及以上学习者与成年自学工具，不专门面向 13 周岁以下儿童。未成年人应在监护人知情与同意后使用；涉及购买的行为须由监护人操作或授权（App Store 家庭共享与购买请求由 Apple 机制控制）。

九、变更、中止与终止

1. 内容、功能与价格可能随版本调整；重大调整（免费范围收缩、模块下线）会提前在本应用或官网公告。
2. 你可随时停止使用并删除应用。若你违反本协议，我们可中止对你的授权；已付费订阅的退款仍按 Apple 规则处理。
3. 因苹果政策、监管要求或不可抗力导致服务变更或终止，我们将以公告方式说明，并按你已经支付但尚未使用的期间，依 Apple 与法律规则协助处理。

十、适用法律与争议解决

本协议的订立、履行与解释适用中华人民共和国法律（不含港澳台地区法律冲突规则）。双方应先友好协商；协商不成时，提交我们主要经营地有管辖权的人民法院解决。如你在中华人民共和国境外使用本应用，强制性当地消费者保护规定仍然适用，但不影响本条其余约定。

文本语言：本应用提供中英文两种文本，中文版与英文版不一致时以中文版为准。

十一、与 Apple 的关系

本应用面向 Apple 平台分发，你与 Apple 之间另受 Apple 媒体服务条款 / App Store 相关协议约束；Apple 在本协议项下就本应用的使用享有第三方受益人地位，并可在其自身规则下处理退款、停用等事宜。我们与 Apple 之间不存在就本应用的担保、维护或支持义务由 Apple 承担之外的安排；如需协助，可先联系我们（联系邮箱见第十二条）。

By downloading or using Deep Learning Lab (《图解深度学习》) on macOS or iOS you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete it.

1. What the app is

An illustrated, hands-on deep-learning course. The first release contains:

• Lessons — 42 lessons across levels L0–L7, from "what a neural network is" to large language models and diffusion models; each lesson combines prose, diagrams and an interactive demonstration;
• Playground — a small multi-layer perceptron that really trains on your device, with editable datasets, architecture and training parameters;
• Missions, a glossary and an AI-history timeline;
• a Quick Ref module (renamed from "Tutorial") organised as five-part entries (what it really is / what it is / what it is used for / summary / Q&A), with new entries added over time;
• a Study module of long-form reading (with an appendix), structured chapter → section → text block, with prose, formulas, diagrams, interactive demonstrations and code interleaved so you can keep reading in one flow;
• Level trophies and a completion card: when you reach a milestone the app issues it on your device and can render a completion-card image that you may share through the system share sheet. The card only reflects lessons you finished on that device; it is not a qualification, academic or competency credential, and we provide no online verification number or verifiable certificate service.

No account is required and every learning and experimentation feature works offline.

2. Free content and membership content

Boundaries follow the whole-lesson model settled in the D2-Rev revision of 2026-11-06 (which replaces both the earlier "per-topic preview" draft and the original D2 wording), plus the Study boundary settled later the same day in D17:

3. Purchase, subscriptions, refunds

1. All purchases are made through App Store in-app purchase; Apple collects and processes the payment. We never collect payment data outside the app.
2. The annual and half-year tiers are auto-renewing subscriptions: unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period they renew automatically at the same price in your Apple Account. Cancel any time in *Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions*. Handling of the period already paid (including pro-rated refunds) is governed by Apple's rules.
3. Refunds follow Apple's refund policy — request via reportaproblem.apple.com or in App Store. We cannot issue refunds directly.
4. What your purchase covers: Lifetime is a perpetual licence to the membership content; subscriptions cover their active period only. Your purchase works on iPhone, iPad and Mac under the same Apple ID (Apple universal purchase plus the in-app "Restore purchases" action). We do not promise membership that carries across ecosystems (Android / web / WeChat mini-program) and there is no "all-platform membership"; those builds are free preview/traffic entries only, as stated in the app itself.
5. When a subscription expires or is refunded, membership content locks again, but your local data (progress, favourites, experiment parameters) is not deleted.

4. Your device and your data

There is no account and no cloud sync: progress lives on the device you are using. Uninstalling the app, erasing the device or moving to another computer resets progress unless your own system backup preserved it. Keep your own notes for anything you cannot afford to lose. Which items are stored locally and why they never leave the device is set out in our Privacy Policy — https://deeplearninglab.ziyoushikong.cn/privacy.html — which forms an integral part of these Terms.

5. Content licence and intellectual property

1. The text, diagrams, animations, interaction design and course structure belong to us (or our licensors); borrowed open-source examples are credited in the app's About screen under their own licences.
2. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence for individual study and lesson preparation. You may take notes, cite our diagrams in your own teaching or assignments with attribution, and export result data produced by your own experiments.
3. You may not: mirror, scrape or bulk-copy the content for republication or for training other models; resell or repackage our lessons inside your own paid product; reverse-engineer, bypass the paywall or tamper with entitlement checks; or remove copyright and attribution notices.
4. Facts, formulae and algorithms in machine learning are not copyrightable and remain free for you to use; what is licensed here is our particular expression of them.

6. Accuracy and disclaimers

1. The app is an educational and popular-science tool. Derivations, model structures and engineering practices are deliberately simplified where needed for comprehension, and simplifications are flagged in the lessons. Nothing in the app is academic accreditation, professional certification, investment advice or a technology-selection recommendation; do not base production decisions on it alone.
2. Content is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it is error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose. Corrections are welcome — write to us and we will verify and fix.
3. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for indirect or incidental loss (including lost study progress) does not exceed the amount you actually paid for the app.
4. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (wilful misconduct, gross negligence, product liability and similar).

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, do not use its offline experimentation features to distribute malicious payloads or infringe third-party rights, and do not interfere with App Store licensing or the app's technical protection measures.

8. Minors

The app is built for high-school-age and adult learners and is not directed at children under 13. Minors should use it with a guardian's knowledge and consent; any purchase must be made or authorised by a guardian (family sharing and ask-to-buy are controlled by Apple).

9. Changes, suspension, termination

1. Content, features and pricing may evolve between versions; material changes (shrinking the free tier, retiring a module) are announced in the app and on our website first.
2. You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. If you breach these Terms we may suspend your licence; refunds of paid subscriptions still follow Apple's rules.
3. If Apple policy, regulation or force majeure changes or ends availability, we will say so publicly and handle any paid-but-unused period under Apple's rules and applicable law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding its conflict-of-law rules and, for this purpose, the laws of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan). The parties try amicable consultation first; failing that, disputes go to the competent people's court at our principal place of business. Mandatory local consumer-protection rules still apply if you use the app outside the PRC.

Language: both Chinese and English texts are provided; in case of divergence the Chinese version prevails.

11. Apple

The app is distributed through the App Store, so your use is also subject to Apple's Media Services Terms of Service / related App Store agreements, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to your use of the app. Apple has no warranty, maintenance or support obligation for the app beyond what its own rules provide; for anything else, contact us first (Section 12).
